Terms and Conditions for Courses (updated January 2023)

All course fees are due after the course has taken place, unless the course is in two parts, in which case the FULL FEE is due after part 1 has been completed. Any cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] or by post to the registered office at the bottom of this page.

You will receive confirmation of your course booking, via email, within 24 hours of your online booking.

Please note that a 50% refund will be made if courses are cancelled by the school in writing (by email or post) between booking and 5 school working days from the course date. After this date, no refunds will be made and the full cost of the course will be charged. Please note that for two part courses, there is NO REFUND FOR PART 2 OF THE COURSE. However, it is fine for schools to send another representative to part 2, should the original participant be unavailable.

Should a course be cancelled by Headship Support, a full refund will be made to delegates. Headship Support Limited accepts no liability for loss or subsequent loss as a result of cancelled events, including supply costs. As outlined above, any paid places will be refunded in full but no other costs will be refunded.

By submitting a booking to Headship Support, either by email, telephone or online, you are acknowledging that you have received the relevant authorisation from your school and that the invoice will be paid within 30 days of receipt.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions for the Training Teachers to Undertake Deep Dives course, you are agreeing to use the course materials in your own school ONLY. For any use of the materials outside of your own school, please contact Angela Kirk to discuss and seek permission. You are also agreeing that you will ensure that it is clear that the course materials were provided by Headship Support Limited by leaving on any logos or details on the slides. ANY course materials from Headship Support Limited CANNOT be used for commerical purposes. 

 

Terms and Conditions for Consultancy Activities

All consultancy work is confirmed by email. If you do not receive one, then please contact Angela Kirk on 07970 198845 and request that this be resent.

On the rare occasion that Angela Kirk should be ill or unable to keep a booked appointment with your school, Headship Support Limited accepts no liability for loss or subsequent loss as a result of cancelled consultation visits. Likewise, Headship Support accepts that on the rare occasion a school may need to cancel a booked day due to illness of those with whom Angela Kirk is working, the school will need to cancel, with no fee being charged.

A Note of Visit is sent to the school after the consultancy visit, if the content of the consultancy requires one (Angela Kirk will make this decision). An invoice will be sent to the school, either after the consultancy visit or after the note of visit is sent to the school, whichever is the latter. The payment terms on the invoice are 30 days.

Teacher days and large number delegate courses (in your own school or for groups of schools/ academy chains) are booked with a 25% non refundable deposit. The remainder being due after the training day. If these are cancelled by the school less than 10 working days prior to the course, the course fee will be charged at the full rate. Consultancy day times:

Full day: 9am – 4pm

Half days: 9am – 12 noon or 1pm – 4pm

2023/24: day fee £650, half day £325

Other times by negotiation

Review days are usually 8am – 5pm, £2800 for the two days

Please note that all prices on this website are subject to VAT @ 20%, which will be added to the invoice.
